Creatures from the Depth of the Sea with Szilvia Gyorgy / 1 Day Workshop
Suitable for 5-12 year olds. Using clay we will make a range of mysterious creatures from our deep sea explorations. We will use various hand building techniques, texture and lots of colour to build our curious creatures. All clay works will be dried and fired and will be available to be taken home 3 to 4 weeks after class. All materials provided. Bring a snack, drink and lunch. Bring an apron or wear old clothes. Kids' Wheel Throwing / 1 Day Workshop
Sessions available for 7-10 years and 9-13 years.
We will try our hands on the real spinning pottery wheels, and learn how to make cups and bowls that can be used every day. We will then paint them with underglaze colours. All pieces will be fired...
